Join Southern Roots for their 1st Annual Rib Fest & Cook-Off in Park Circle for a showdown of the best ribs around!
Sample ribs from local, amateur pitmasters, house-made Jack Daniel’s inspired BBQ sauces, and live music with the C-Town Revelators from 3-6pm!
They’ll have 3 guest judges (one of which is our own Critic!) selecting 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, along with Fan Favorite. That’s where you come in! Purchase sampling tickets when you arrive to vote!

Looking to slather your own slab? There is still time to join the competition! Cook-off teams must be registered by Wednesday, May 7th to coordinate your rib pick-up, provided by Hormel.
